Terms of Service

Any individual or legal entity intending to make a purchase through the MMC Klima online store fills in and confirms the accuracy of their information when placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer declares agreement with these Terms of Service and receives the right to submit valid orders for goods and services offered by MMC Klima — air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation and solar systems, accessories, and associated installation and service offerings.

Orders may also be placed without registration. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery information provided.

Prices displayed in the online store are final, in euros (EUR), VAT included.

The key specifications and prices of products are shown on each product page. Delivery and installation are not included in the product price and are calculated at the "Checkout" step depending on the selected city and service.

MMC Klima reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The customer pays the price that was in effect at the time the order was placed and confirmed by us.

We process the personal data you provide solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order, delivery and customer communication, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. When placing an order, the customer selects the desired items, a delivery address, a delivery method (office pickup, delivery to address, or delivery with installation), a payment method, and a contact phone number.

Every valid and accepted order is assigned an automatic order number. You will see this number on the confirmation screen after submitting the order, and it must be used as the reference on your bank transfer.

MMC Klima reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order if: - The provided information is invalid; - The customer appears in the registry of incorrect online customers; - The item is out of stock — in which case we will contact you by phone or email to suggest an alternative model or delivery timeline.

Payment is made via bank transfer to the account of MMC KLIMATIZATSIYA OOD. Full bank details (bank, IBAN, BIC, account holder) are shown on the confirmation screen after order submission and in the PDF receipt.

The transfer must be completed within 5 business days of the order date. If payment is delayed beyond this window, the order may be cancelled.

Always use the order number as the payment reference — without it we cannot match the transfer to a specific order.

Deliveries are made via courier service across Bulgaria to the address provided by the customer. Alternatively, the order may be collected in person from our warehouse in Gabrovo.

Warehouse opening hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:00.

Delivery times for items in stock are 1 to 7 business days after the bank transfer has cleared. For made-to-order products or higher-capacity units, the timeline may be longer and is agreed upon at the time of confirmation.

Delivery is a flat €40 fee. When you select "Delivery + Installation", delivery is free — bundled into the installation price. Pickup from the Gabrovo warehouse is always free.

MMC Klima is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier service or by force majeure.

The customer is required to inspect the order in the presence of the courier. If signs of impact, damaged packaging, scratches or other visible defects are found, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the goods. Accepting the delivery is treated as confirmation that the order was received without visible remarks regarding its outer condition and packaging.

For hidden defects that cannot be detected by visual inspection, the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's factory warranty apply.

When the "Delivery + Installation" service is selected, our certified technicians perform the installation at the customer's address at a pre-agreed time. The installation fee is flat, displayed at the "Checkout" step, and includes: - Certified installation of the indoor and outdoor units; - Pressure test for leak-tightness; - Refrigerant charge and commissioning.

Standard installation assumes pipe runs up to 3 m, no drilling beyond standard openings, and a worksite with normal access. Additional construction work, extended runs, scaffolding or work at non-standard heights is quoted separately after an on-site survey.

In the case of an unjustified refusal to accept a confirmed and shipped order (including failure to answer phone calls, no prior notice, or repeated previous refusals), the Merchant reserves the right to add the customer to the public registry of incorrect online customers — nekorekten.com.

Inclusion in the registry follows the conditions published at nekorekten.com and is carried out in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.

In accordance with Article 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without compensation and without stating a reason. To exercise this right, send written notice to office@mmc-klima.com with the order number.

The item must be returned in its original condition, in undamaged original packaging, with all accompanying documentation and a complete set of accessories.

Refunds are not issued for: - Air-conditioning units that have already been installed, charged with refrigerant or put into operation; - Items with damaged packaging that show signs of use or installation; - Products made to the customer's individual order or configuration; - Spare parts and consumables that have been opened or used.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was received defective or in a model different from the confirmed order.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition.

All products sold by MMC Klima are covered by the manufacturer's official factory warranty. The warranty period and conditions are detailed in the warranty card accompanying each product.

The warranty is preserved only when the unit is installed correctly by a certified technician, operated in line with the manufacturer's instructions, and maintained regularly. MMC Klima provides both in-warranty and out-of-warranty service for every brand we sell.

Disputes between the customer and MMC Klima are resolved in good faith and in a spirit of mutual understanding. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to: - The competent Bulgarian court under Bulgarian law; - The Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg); - The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

MMC Klima reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on this page. For material changes, registered users are notified by email.
