Heating, cooling and hot water from one system – heat pumps are the most efficient way to heat a house with radiators or underfloor heating.

An air-to-water heat pump extracts heat from outdoor air and transfers it to the water in your heating system – radiators, underfloor heating or fan coils. For every kilowatt-hour of electricity it delivers several kilowatt-hours of heat, making it several times cheaper to run than an electric or oil boiler and comparable to gas.
We offer monobloc systems (all hydraulics in the outdoor unit) and split systems (with an indoor hydro module), from 4 to 16 kW, single- and three-phase. A heat pump is sized by the building heat loss – send us the area, insulation and heating type for an exact quote.

Roughly 50–70 W per m² of heated area for a well-insulated house, 80–120 W/m² for an older building. For 120 m² that means 6–10 kW. Exact sizing is by heat-loss calculation.
Yes – modern models keep their rated output down to about −7°C and run to −20°C with reduced efficiency, which covers the whole Bulgarian heating season.
Monobloc is simpler to install (no refrigerant connections) but water passes through the outdoor unit and needs frost protection. A split system keeps the hydro module indoors and is preferred for longer distances to the plant room.

Heating with an air conditioner in winter: does it work and is it worth it
Heating with an inverter air conditioner at −15°C and −25°C: what to check (SCOP, output at −7°C, hyper inverter), when it beats electric, pellets and gas, and how to use it right.
