The unit: what drives the price

Capacity (BTU), energy class and brand. At the same capacity, A+++ costs 15–30% more than A++, and a premium Japanese series up to twice as much as an entry-level one. Installation: a fixed tariff by capacity

Our "Professional Standard" package includes up to 3 m of pipework, an outdoor bracket, wall drilling, vacuuming, start-up and a system test.

• 7,000–15,000 BTU: 178 € incl. VAT
• 16,000–24,000 BTU: 204 € incl. VAT
• 25,000–36,000 BTU: 230 € incl. VAT
• above 36,000 BTU: 255 € incl. VAT
• Multi-split: 76–102 € for the outdoor unit plus 127 € per indoor unit (3 m of pipework included)

What adds to the installation

Extra pipework at 30 € per metre beyond the included 3 m, rope access or a lift for high floors without balcony access, concealed routing, a condensate pump where there is no natural drain, and removal of an old unit. We quote all of it after a short survey, before work starts.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver with our own transport to 12 cities in Central and Northern Bulgaria. Delivery is 40 € for a unit-only order and free with installation. Pickup from our Gabrovo warehouse is always free.

How to pay less without losing quality

Buy off-season (March–May, September–October), do not oversize "just in case", and never save on installation: a poorly vacuumed system loses efficiency and shortens the compressor life.
