Olimpia Splendid is an Italian manufacturer from Brescia with over 60 years of history, known for one unique product: Unico, an air conditioner with no outdoor unit. Everything sits in one indoor unit connected to the outside through two wall openings.
Unico is the answer for buildings where an outdoor unit cannot be fitted: listed buildings, facades with restrictions, apartments without a balcony. Inverter versions cool and heat rooms up to 35 m². The catalogue also carries the Nexya split series and Dolceclima portables.
